A Utah court granted the dismissal and the case was dismissed, with any protective orders being declared null.
This comes three months after a judge issued the order against Kelley, which barred her from being within 300 feet of Scott and their three children, along with not having any contact with them.
Back in September, Kelley entered a rehab center and was later put on a court-ordered involuntary psychiatric hold for a minimum of 60 days. While there, she is required to remain on a prescribed medication.
“She is currently being held against her will as she was deemed a danger to herself and others,” a source shared with People. “Right now, [it’s important] to stabilize her mood with medication. But she is okay.”
Back in October, Scott took to Instagram to wish Kelley a “happy birthday” amid their divorce and her psychiatric hold.
