All the Epstein Files Won’t Be Released Today, Rep. Thomas Massie Seemingly Reacts

It has now been revealed that the Department of Justice will NOT be releasing all of the Epstein Files today (December 19).

Deputy Attorney General Todd Blanche said today on Fox News that they will “release several hundred thousand documents today.”

However, it appears as if not all of the documents will be produced. As written in the Act, today is the deadline to release the documents.

“I expect that we’re going to release more documents over the next couple of weeks, so today several hundred thousand and then over the next couple weeks, I expect several hundred thousand more. There’s a lot of eyes looking at these and we want to make sure that when we do produce the materials we are producing, that we are protecting every single victim,” he added.

It was expected that they would release every unclassified document relating to the Epstein case, as the Epstein Files Transparency Act has wording that states ALL of the files would need to be released. Republican Rep. Thomas Massie, who co-authored the bill, seemingly responded to Blanche with a tweet showing the bill’s language. He highlighted the word “all.”

In an interview with The Hill, Massie said that he’s spoken with lawyers involved in the case “and collectively they know there are at least 20 names of men who are accused of sex crimes in the possession of the FBI.”

About how we’ll know if there’s documents missing: “If we get a large production on Dec. 19 and it does not contain a single name of any male who is accused of a sex crime or sex trafficking or rape or any of these things, then we know they haven’t produced all the documents. It’s that simple.”

Here are some previous names that were released in a past Epstein Files dump.
