A spokesperson for the couple later confirmed the happy news and shortly after the report went live, video surfaced of President Donald Trump sharing the announcement himself at the White House.
“They get along very well and they are just announcing through me that they’re getting married,” he said before inviting the couple to the podium. Don Jr. then thanked his new fiancée for accepting his proposal.
The couple’s romance began last year, around the time Don Jr.’s engagement to former Fox News host Kimberly Guilfoyle came to an end. He was previously married to Vanessa Trump.
