Kat’s back a bang as families on the Square fall apart (Picture: BBC) Next week in EastEnders, old wounds are ripped wide open, and secrets start slipping through the cracks. Kat’s return sets off a chain reaction that puts Jasmine in survival mode, while the Brannings, Mitchells and Panesars all struggle to keep their worlds from collapsing. With guilt, grief and unfinished business hanging heavy over the Square, loyalties are tested, and some decisions could change everything. Monday 19th Kat makes an emotional return to Walford and wastes no time diving straight into unfinished business. She takes Jasmine with her to visit Zoe in prison, where Zoe reveals she’s decided to plead guilty, insisting everything she did was in self-defence. Kat is horrified and urges Zoe to tell the police the truth about Chrissie, convinced it could weaken the case against her. But Zoe refuses, worried that dragging Chrissie into it could land Jasmine in serious trouble. Back on the Square, Jasmine reassures Kat that she’ll speak to the police anyway, but it’s clear she’s lying. Instead, she quietly starts plotting a clean break from Walford, determined to leave with Oscar and cut all ties. Will Jasmine manipulate Oscar… (Picture: BBC) Over at Ravi’s, Priya insists that Nugget move into the flat so she can keep a close eye on both of them. Ravi agrees, but his guilt over recent events makes the atmosphere tense and uncomfortable. Nugget quickly misreads Ravi’s distance as rejection, and when he finally confronts him about not visiting him in the hospital, Ravi snaps. The argument threatens to spiral until Priya steps in, desperately trying to hold her family together. Elsewhere, Honey decides to play cupid between Nicola and George, convinced she’s onto a good thing. Billy, however, is rattled by Teddy’s warning about Nicola and passes his concerns on to George. Meanwhile, Elaine proudly unveils a bold new advertising sign outside Peacock Palace, but Ian is far from impressed and finds it downright tacky. After yet another heated clash at The Vic, Ian takes things further and calls Councillor Barker to lodge an official complaint. In a more emotional moment, Linda and Elaine head to The Vic to remember Mick on his birthday, raising a glass to the man they’ve lost. Tuesday 20th Jasmine is in full panic mode and insists that she, Oscar and the kids must leave Walford immediately. Oscar isn’t convinced and Max steps in, trying to calm him down and urging him not to make a rash decision. Jasmine later lies to Kat again, claiming she’s already given a statement to the police, but Max isn’t fooled. Max calls Jasmine out, but will he come to regret it? (Picture: BBC) He confronts Jasmine about her plan to run away with Oscar, and their heated row is overheard by Cindy, who later warns Max that Jasmine is far more dangerous than he realises. When the argument spills over in front of Oscar, he’s left torn between the two of them – but Jasmine ups the ante with a dramatic showdown in The Vic that leaves everyone watching. Meanwhile, Ricky organises a surprise birthday party for Phil at Raymond’s request, hoping to lift his spirits. But the mood quickly darkens when Ricky starts to suspect Sam is planning to leave Walford again. George later finds Sam with a letter about her upcoming lumpectomy and gently encourages her to be honest. Sam finally opens up to Ricky about her diagnosis, and he promises he’s not going anywhere, determined to support her through what’s ahead. Ian’s campaign against Elaine’s sign appears to be working until Honey accidentally gives Elaine some valuable dirt on Councillor Barker. Elaine wastes no time using it as leverage to strike a deal, much to Ian’s fury. Elsewhere, Ravi tries to push Nugget into going outside and getting back to ‘normal,’ but the pressure backfires badly when Nugget becomes overwhelmed and suffers a panic attack. Wednesday 21st Max flatly denies Jasmine’s claims about him, insisting she’s twisting the truth. Jasmine refuses to back down and doubles down on her lies, leaving Oscar even more confused and isolated as the adults around him battle for control. Jasmine spins a dangerous web of lies (Picture: BBC) George is left deflated when his offer to buy Walford East is turned down. Nicola offers to step in and invest, but George refuses, wary of blurring lines and ignoring Billy’s earlier concerns, though the temptation clearly lingers. Sam tries to talk Phil out of taking Nigel to Portugal, sensing he’s running from something rather than dealing with it. Over at Beale HQ, Ian is livid when he learns Elaine has cut a deal with Councillor Barker and vows to fight fire with fire. Meanwhile, Suki and Eve attempt to rally Priya and Ravi, hoping to steady the family, but none of them realise just how badly Ravi is struggling beneath the surface. Thursday 22nd Max finally puts his plan into action when Oscar announces that he and Jasmine are leaving Walford. The revelation sends shockwaves through the family, and it becomes clear that this exit could have devastating consequences for everyone involved. Phil supports Sam through her lumpectomy (Picture: BBC) Phil prepares to take Nigel to Portugal once Sam’s operation is over, but Denise notices Phil isn’t himself and asks George to keep an eye on him. Sam heads to the hospital for her surgery with Ricky and Jack by her side, and is relieved when Phil is there waiting when she comes round. However, in a careless moment, Sam accidentally mentions Phil’s plan for Nigel in front of George, who later relays the information to Denise, raising fresh concerns. As Ian and Elaine’s feud reaches boiling point, Harvey steps in, attempting to broker peace before the fallout spills across the Square, but whether either of them is willing to back down remains to be seen.
