An account from a hair and makeup person on the set of The Cleaning Lady, Danielle Vigil, was included in the police warrant for Timothy Busfield‘s arrest.
An officer allegedly spoke to her in December of 2025, and she revealed what she remembers from the set.
If you did not see the news, an arrest warrant was issued for him and he is said to now be in police custody. The former West Wing actor is facing two counts of criminal sexual contact of a minor and one count of child abuse.

The warrant, obtained by Us Weekly, stated: “Danielle told me that, while she was working with two child actors who replaced the twins, she witnessed Timothy Busfield come into the trailer where she was working and kissed the two child actors on their foreheads.”
“Danielle did say that both the children’s parents were present at the time but felt that the parents did not know the rules and etiquette,” the warrant added. “Danielle said that everyone knew to avoid Timothy because he was creepy. Danielle was very afraid of retaliation for talking with me and was afraid that she would no longer be able to work in the film industry.”
“Timothy said it was a playful environment like he wanted,” the warrant said, before addressing if there was a protocol about this on set. “Timothy initially said, ‘It’s not allowed at all. There is no, there’s no protocol. I mean, I’m always around people, right? It would be, you know, in front of the parents.”
About possibly tickling the kids, he said, “I don’t remember it, if it happened. I don’t remember overtly tickling the boys ever but it wouldn’t be uncommon for me.”
