Addison Rae is chiming in on the rumored feud between pop stars Taylor Swift and Charli XCX.
The 25-year-old “Diet Pepsi” singer was interviewed by The LA Times recently and asked if she could avoid pop girl rivalries and whether or not she felt as if she had to “take a side” between Taylor and Charli, especially since Addison and is close friends with the “360″ singer.

“Can you avoid it? Take Taylor Swift versus your friend Charli XCX as an example. I wonder whether you feel like you have to take a side,” is the question the interviewer posed.
“I guess we’ll have to see. But there’s so much more to all these things. There are people that do weird things, and I try to avoid those people,” Addison responded.
When pressed, she mentioned how sometimes things can happen “behind the scenes as well – producers and dramas in writing and ideas and back-end conversations.”
She continued, “On my record with [producers] Luka [Kloser] and Elvira [Anderfjärd], we had worked with someone — or tried to include them in something — and then we didn’t really feel like it was necessary. No bad blood. Then all of a sudden, this person had gone and worked with someone else, and things were sounding similar. The timeline of it all was very confusing and interesting.”
But the Thanksgiving star hasn’t talked about the details publicly and says it’s all “so irrelevant.”
Addison was spotted wearing a strange and bold look to the airport in October.
