Taylor Swift is dishing on how she spent the money she earned from The Eras Tour.
On Wednesday night (December 10), the 35-year-old “Opalite” singer appeared on The Late Show With Stephen Colbert to promote her new Disney+ docu-series The End of an Era and Taylor Swift | The Eras Tour | The Final Show,
During the interview, Taylor revealed how she spent the money she earned from her epic, sold-out tour.

“That’s how I spent that Eras Tour money,” Taylor said. “My fans are why I was able to get my music back.”
Taylor – who sold over $2 billion in tickets for the Eras Tour, per The New York Times – announced in May that she was finally able to buy back her masters from Shamrock Capital, the company that reportedly paid over $300 million to buy her first six albums from Scooter Braun‘s Ithaca Holdings in 2020.
Not only did the Eras Tour allow Taylor to buy back her masters, it also led her meeting Travis Kelce, whom she got engaged to in August after two years of dating.
“Getting engaged to the love of my life, getting all my music back, those were two things that just never could have happened,” Taylor told Stephen. “It wasn’t like, ‘Oh, it’s just a matter of time.’ Both those things could have just never arrived in my life. And I’m so grateful for both of those things happening.”
