In the debut footage, we see Matt‘s Odysseus go through quite the journey. We also see flashes of Anne and Tom‘s characters. Anne portrays Odysseus’ wife Penelope and Tom plays their son, Telemachus.
The film is currently set to hit theaters on July 17, 2026.
By the way, The Odyssey chronicles “the ten-year journey of Odysseus, king of Ithaca, back to his home after the fall of Troy,” according to GoodReads. Homer wrote it around the 8th or 7th century BC.
